Christine-Rita is a management consultant, SME business coach, writer, creative director, life coach, and spiritual thinker. She is the founder of Secure The Bag Africa, and MD of Nabirye&Kwadwo Management Consultancy, Namusobya Media and The Spirit of Ruth Wisdom Centre.
Christine-Rita works with individuals and entrepreneurs to strengthen their identities through their personal and business brands, monetise their gifts and skills, elevate their careers and businesses, and develop strategies that help them capture uncontested market space. She believes that purpose transforms everything.
She founded the Secure The Bag Africa platform to connect coaches, speakers, entrepreneurs, and consultants from across the continent and the diaspora. This platform brings together these subject matter and industry experts to network, provide their services, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and develop solutions to problems within the African context.
Christine-Rita holds a BA Soc.Sc in Population Studies and Environmental Science from the University of Botswana, and an MBA from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She is passionate about research and is interested in increasing her contribution to the African body of knowledge. Soon after graduation, articles from her MBA thesis titled Evaluating Perceptions of E-commerce Usage by SMEs in Namibia were published in an international academic journal and presented at two international conferences.
She also holds a certificate in Thought Leadership for Africa's Renewal from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (UNISA), and has completed courses in brand management, life coaching, and management consulting. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in business and psychology. Christine-Rita is of Ugandan and Ghanaian descent and was born and raised in Gaborone, Botswana.
